529 Designs was started with one goal in mind: Giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

We will be packing each order with love. Once a label is made you will get an update with the tracking number via email. If you would like expedited shipping there will be an additional cost, please message us with this request after your order is placed and we can put a rush on your order. Our current standard shipping will cost $7.00 for each order with free shipping over $100 for an 8-10 day estimated arrival. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Policy Info

Thank you for purchasing from 529 Designs! At this time we can only accept returns if there is something wrong or damaged with your order as we make the items specifically to each order. To qualify for a refund, you must return 30 days from the date of purchase. We do stand behind our products and want to ensure that you get exactly what you ordered from us!
